Our story begins in 1984 when Steven Schallert, owner, and President, saw a need for high-quality custom programming services in the Effingham area. As System Development Services (SDS) grew, our focus expanded to include IT services. The company incorporated as System Development Services, Inc. in 1996. SDS has continued to grow by acquiring several area computer companies. These acquisitions have allowed us to expand and offer the best technology services from highly qualified professionals in the area.
